Job Description

The operations team at Swiggy is responsible for delivering great customer experience through best-in-class delivery times and maximum serviceability. While we make our efforts in achieving these objectives, we also already have Indias largest delivery fleet and we are heavily focused on ensuring a great DE experience. We hope to make Swiggy the platform of choice for anyone in the country looking for a delivery job.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Managing a team of 120-150 Pickup and Delivery Partners directly on a daily basis Drive Pickup & Delivery Partner efficiency assigned at an individual level.
Pickup and Delivery Partner attendance to be maintained basis demand on a daily basis.
Improve and maintain promised delivery times for better customer experience.
Conduct classroom/field training at an individual level for better customer experience.
Conduct regular field audits for better compliance among Pickup and Delivery Partners.
Manage and control voluntary attrition and control absconders by conducting regular engagement activities.
Provide feedback at the individual level and conduct weekly one-on-ones to understand problem areas.
Ensure excellent customer experience by solving order level escalations.
Support Pickup and Delivery Partners during emergencies and exigencies.

Desired Skills:-

Prior experience in process design and operations implementation. 2-3 years of experience in managing blue collar workers.
Should have a bike and be willing to travel within the city.
Should be available to work on Weekends.
Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train blue collared workers.
Should know local geographical area knowledge and should be able to converse in local languages
The candidate should have an entrepreneurial attitude / should be a go-getter
Must have attention to detail and critically think through to resolve problems.
Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of services.

Nothing to say about any good things.. Worst management no proper Guidance, selfish peoples are around there.. Leadership team not even engage with employees or any meeting/review feedbacks..

Worst management, No proper guidance will be there, selfish peoples are there in the management side, none of them will never think about the team members growth, They not even engage with them, they simply concentrate their growing process not the team members along with the growth.
