Head - Human Resources/Industrial Relations - Manufacturing Business (18-25 yrs)

MUST HAVES - Union handling experience, Punjabi- speak, read

- The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling Labour laws, union management, managing union relations, and driving strategic HR initiatives in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Proven experience in Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR)

- Responsible for HR, Administration and IR activities - Talent Management, Appraisals, Labour Laws Compliances, Payroll, Administration, L&D, IR, Union Management, etc

- Hands-on expertise in wage negotiations and union handling

- Exposure to land matters, compliance and contract management

- Strong grasp of HR processes and statutory requirements, strong knowledge of Labour laws.

- Ensuring Labour Laws Statutory compliances and liaising with external agencies, Government Authorities, etc.
