Chief Operating Officer/Business Head - Operations - Iron Cast/Foundry Business (20-30 yrs)

About the Role:

As the COO, you will oversee all functional departments, drive operational excellence, and execute business strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategy.

- Align business goals with emerging trends in the #Foundry(Cast Iron) segment

Business Growth & Expansion:

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee manufacturing operations, plant SOPs, inventory, production, and dispatch.

- Ensure preventive and corrective plant maintenance for minimal downtime.

- Develop and execute plans to expand market share, improve client retention, and increase revenues.

Strong techno commercial exposure:

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 20 years of experience in the core Foundry business (Iron Casting), with a proven record of managing large-scale operations.

- Must Have exposure to all segments of Foundry Business i.e. #Pattern_Making_Shop, #Core_making_shop, #Moulding_Shop, #Melting_and_pouring, #Fettling, #Machining_and_inspection etc.

- Demonstrated success in scaling business operations and driving top-line and bottom-line growth.

- Strong command of P&L, production systems, and inventory management.

- Technologically savvy with a strategic mindset.

- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
