Senior Research Investigator - Synthetic/Medicinal Chemistry

Role Requirements:

Ph.D. degree and or post-Doctoral research with a minimum of 3 years of CRO experience with excellent communication skills is preferred.

• The candidate should manage a team of 7-12 FTEs and capable of designing scheme, troubleshoot, problem solve independently, and execute high-profile project. The person should be flexible working shifts as per the organizational policy. The candidate should be excellent in cross functional teamwork and excellent in customer engagement.

Technical/functional Skills:

• The candidate should have excellent knowledge of modern synthetic methodology including asymmetric synthesis, heterocyclic chemistry, catalysis and the reaction mechanism is expected.
• Should be expert in synthetic problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills including face to face and virtual interactions with team and clients. Must have exceptional Presentation skills.
• The candidate should maintain an accurate scientific notebook, draft concise written reports for publications.

Managerial Skills:

• Expertise in handling multiple collaborations.
• Demonstrated in handling a team size of 7-12 FTEs
• Worked effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Efficient Lab management skills
• The Leader must demonstrate the essential qualities of People Management.
