We are seeking applications for the position of Office cum HR Manager for Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA

Missions/Main Duties
He/She will be broadly involved in the following major tasks:
Responsible for payroll, keeping records of attendance and leaves

Responsible for all joining formalities, shared all documents to SYSTRA HO Team

Ensure Business Ethics and compliance trainings are done

Ensure the Anti-Corruption training and 3S training are done as per groups policy

Profile/Skills
Graduate with 1 year relevant experience

Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences

Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices

Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter
