Cloud Solution Engineer (2-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient AWS Cloud Sales/Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our sales and engineering teams. This role is critical in identifying customer needs, crafting tailored AWS solutions, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. You will play a key role in client engagements, driving business growth through strategic cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with prospective clients to gather and analyze their AWS cloud requirements.

- Design and recommend AWS cloud architectures that align with business goals and technical needs.

- Partner with the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle to support solution positioning and deal closure.

- Deliver product presentations, technical demos, and proof-of-concept solutions to clients.

- Provide technical consultation during RFP/RFI responses and client discussions.

- Stay up to date with AWS service updates, features, and best practices.

- Act as a trusted advisor for clients by explaining AWS capabilities and demonstrating business value.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, architecture, and deployment models.

- Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or cloud consulting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into scalable, cost-effective AWS solutions.

AWS certifications such as :

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional

- AWS Certified Developer Associate

- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with DevOps tools and cloud migration strategies.

- Knowledge of pricing, TCO analysis, and ROI for AWS solutions.

- Exposure to enterprise client environments across domains such as BFSI, Retail, or Healthcare.
