Role Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Backend Engineer to lead our technology e- orts, driving innovation across our gaming and AI-content initiatives. The lead will be responsible for building scalable infrastructure, optimizing engineering workflows, and incorporating the latest advancements in AI and automation to maximize team productivity and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Stay actively involved in coding, architecture design, and technical problem-solving.

- Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, automation, and recommendation systems, to enhance e- ciency and innovation.

- Design and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based systems on Google Cloud and Azure

- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring systems for seamless deployment and operations.

- Implement best practices in software development, ensuring high-quality code , security, and performance.

- Work closely with product, design, and business teams to align technology with company objectives.

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance engineering team.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in backend technologies majorly around Node.js.

- Experience working with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Azure

- Strong DevOps expertise, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and cloud - automation.

- Proven experience in building scalable infrastructure for high-tra- c applications.

- Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, agents, and automation, with a passion for leveraging AI to improve processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make high-impact technical decisions.

- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, with a track record of scaling teams and technology stacks.
