Job Description



We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in the Competence Centre - Syndication, located at Videocon Towers, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience.

 Roles and Responsibility
  • Building new and maintaining tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions.
  • Preparing Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, and Appraisal Report.
  • Conducting financial modeling and coordinating with potential lenders to obtain credit facilities for clients on desired terms and conditions.
  • Assisting in legal documentation and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies, regulatory environments, and recent sector developments.
  • Executing syndication deals and working with PSU/Private & Foreign Banks/NBFC and Financial Institutions.
  • Participating in field visits to clients across the country to understand their business and operational models.

  • Strong credit analysis skills and execution abilities.
  • Top-of-mind recall of PSU/Private & Foreign Banks/NBFC and Financial Institutions.
  • Willingness to participate in field visits to clients across the country.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of various sectors under Infrastructure.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions is an added advantage.
