Job Title: Asst Manager-Planning & QS

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning & Billing to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, budgeting, cost estimation, and contract management for high-rise commercial developments. This role is critical in ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Identify potential delays and recommend mitigation strategies.

Quantity Surveying:

• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for high-rise commercial projects.
• Conduct rate analysis and cost benchmarking.
• Manage tendering processes, including bid evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Monitor project costs and prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Certify contractor bills and manage change orders and variations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering,
• 5–10 years of experience in planning and Billing roles, with at least 4 years in high-rise commercial real estate projects.
• Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and QS tools (AutoCAD, CostX, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, etc.) and local regulatory norms.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
