Job Description
Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Salary: ₹15,500 per month
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Provide basic network support (LAN, IP setup).
- Assist users with hardware and software issues.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and printers.
- Experience with Windows OS and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in IT or related field preferred.

Clients are ok. But TCPL manager is not supportive at all, i only talk with him on mail or other support person.
- Work satisfaction - Good
There is no leave policy and paid medical leave policy for TRE members, leaves also are depended on client approval, sometimes client have approved leave but manager reject leave without any reason. Salary deduction are too often, no proper training or induction for TRE joinees. Even my calleague faces same issues.
