I've had a truly positive experience with Team Computers. They absolutely deserve full marks for their on-time salary payments – it's something I never have to worry about! Their communication and responsiveness are consistently above average, and the team's professionalism and behavior are good. I also appreciate the efficiency and ease of their processes, making things simple. Overall, they are very supportive, and my experience has been above average. Highly recommended!

There is no complaint about Team Computers. But I work for the client company. My experience at IIFL Capital Ltd. was severely impacted by a lack of support from colleagues and management, coupled with extremely poor communication. A hostile environment was created by a group led by the team lead, who engaged in abusive behavior and gossip, particularly targeting non-Marathi speakers from other states. This group actively hindered learning and skill development, making work unnecessarily difficult. There was constant pressure to speak Marathi. My expectation of a good work environment was shattered; it felt like "hell." Attempts to resolve issues only led to more trouble. I strongly advise against working with IIFL Capital Ltd. due to this toxic culture and lack of professionalism.

There no reambisemed of the travels allows for the working on client location. No night charges for the night shift No Saturdays working allows for working on Saturday for client. There is no welcome kit for new employee. There is no proper certification on the academy of team computers as per client need they need a certification but on the portal There is no as e required certification

We are working for organization from last 1 year and we do not get any company party, function and any sport to attend the events and no intraction into Team Computers employees where they working for different locations. That is the most important things that organization has to change and make it more interactive.

One of the things I truly appreciate about working at Team Computers is the support and guidance I receive from my team leader and manager — they are approachable, encouraging, and always willing to help. The work environment is dynamic and offers a lot of learning opportunities, especially for those who are proactive. I also like that the company promotes collaboration and open communication across teams, which makes it easier to grow and contribute effectively.

Dislikes

While the overall experience has been positive, I feel that compensation could be more aligned with industry standards and internal parity. Despite consistent efforts, recognition has been limited, and I haven’t come across clear opportunities for internal job progression (IJP) so far. Additionally, sometimes the workload distribution can be uneven, and better project planning or resource management would really enhance productivity and team morale. More structured learning and development initiatives would also be a welcome addition.

Team computers was a good company but now these days new management team spoiled business. Now it's not a company it like a vendor shop in computer market HR team behave like credit card recovery agent. Mr. hitesh in HR team is very unprofessional. Mr. Ranjan Chopra need to take it seriously otherwise hard time will come back.
