Automation Test Engineer - Software Quality Assurance (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, GUI testing, and API automation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading a small QA/Automation team and driving quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Selenium

- Perform GUI and API testing to ensure robust functionality

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality

test coverage

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices in automation and testing processes

- Report defects and work closely with development teams for resolution

- Drive continuous improvement in testing strategies and frameworks

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python scripting

- Solid experience in Selenium for web automation

- Experience with GUI and API testing tools

- Proven ability to lead a QA/Automation team

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
