About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead - Human Resources & Administration to lead and manage the entire spectrum of HR and administrative functions across our real estate/construction operations. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing human resources in the real estate or construction industry, with strong people management, organizational, and strategic leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on human capital matters.
- Drive a high-performance culture through clear KPIs, employee engagement, and leadership development.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Develop effective hiring strategies for project-based and site-level hiring common in real estate/construction.
3. Performance Management & Development
- Lead the performance appraisal process (PMS), including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback.
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Implement succession planning initiatives and career development paths.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as per company policy and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor law requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
- Build a transparent and inclusive work environment fostering strong employee engagement.
5. Administration & Facility Management
- Oversee office and site administration, facility management, and security services.
- Manage administrative functions such as vendor coordination, travel management, asset tracking, office supplies, etc.
- Ensure infrastructure support for smooth operations at corporate offices and project sites.
6. HR Operations & Reporting
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance systems, HRIS, and employee records.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management review.
- Optimize internal HR processes through automation and digital systems.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources, PGDM-HR, or equivalent degree from a recognized institute.
- 6-12 years of progressive HR and Admin experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of industry-specific HR challenges such as site-based operations, contract labor management, and regulatory compliance.
