Key Responsibilities

- Champion best practices in pedagogy and curriculum (CBSE), integrating 21st-century skills, inquiry-based learning, and holistic development.

People & Culture Management

- Build, lead, and inspire a talented team of educators and staff aligned with the school's values and educational philosophy.

Community & Parent Engagement

Operational Excellence & Compliance

Who We're Looking For

- 10+ years of proven experience in school leadership, academic administration, or senior management in education.

- A track record of success in progressive educational environments; experience with global/international schools is a strong plus.
