Job Description:
- To provide leadership, direction and coordination for all aspects of day to day schools operations.
- Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals.
- To adhere to policies for their implementation and uphold all educational policies and integrate the common core government guidelines into each class curriculum.
- To create a facility which fosters student and teacher growth in collaboration with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic and professional goals.
- To develop and maintain effective educational and instructional programs in the school to promote the improvement of teaching and learning in the school and identify the areas of improvement.
- To ensure Supervision in hiring, training and other employment activities and assignment of duties to the staff
- To oversee budgeting and determine budget allocations for items such as supplies, materials, staff and equipment.
- To provide support and guidance in meeting the overall general operation of the school facility
- To respond immediately to concerns from parents and school board administrator
Qualification - Post graduate and B. Ed degree with minimum 10 years of administrative experiences in progressive and highly reputed schools.
