Supply Chain Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Data Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to support supply chain operations by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. The ideal candidate will help drive efficiency, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across procurement, logistics, inventory, and planning functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from various sources (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.).
  
• Develop dashboards and reports to support supply chain performance monitoring (KPIs, OTIF, Inventory Turns, etc.).
  
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities in inventory, logistics, procurement, and supplier data.
  
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning through historical data analysis and modeling.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, operations, and finance.
  
• Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible using tools like Excel VBA, SQL, or Power BI.
  
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management review and strategic planning.
  
• Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across systems.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a data analysis role within supply chain or logistics.
  
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  
• Good understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory management).
  
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
