Tricog Health Services - Regional Program Manager (4-6 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Inter-district coordination with the stakeholders across the allocated project geography.

- Create and maintain relationships with customers/hospitals to better understand and achieve their needs.

- Regular on-site visits to analyze any gaps that may arise in the current implementations.

- Train the project coordinators and staff at the spoke Train the Hubs and align them with the spokes so that Hub can build the confidence of the spokes Planning & organizing data and creating monthly reports and conduct monthly reviews with the district authorities Develop the project coordinators to ensure their deliverables are up to the mark and on time.

- Must show interest in learning, understanding, and positioning technology.

- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to maximize project efficiency and streamline deliverable outputs.

- Forecasting project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues promptly based on project work plans.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- An MBA in any related - eld is a plus.

Desirable Competency:

- Excellent verbal and efficient written communication demonstrating confidence in a client-facing role.

- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Understanding the healthcare market is an added advantage.

- Strong MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and IT Literacy.

- Skilled in prioritizing and meeting deadlines without compromising the high standard of quality
