- 1. People Management
- 2. Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory
- 3. To handle ATL, BTL, Institutional Sales function for the territory and ensure walkins
- 4. Do lead generation activities
- 5. Tie ups with Colleges and Universities in the Assigned Territory
- 6. Ensure high level of service standards for the branch
- 7. Make Marketing plans for the branch and ensure implementations
- 8. Meeting Monthly / Quarterly and Yearly Target for branch
- 9. Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc.
- 10. Implementation of Systems and Processes
Experience:
- Min 5 yrs for Center Manager
- MBA Preferred
- Previous Experience in Team Handling is a must
- Local language preferred.
- Should be ready to work on Weekends

- Maintain accurate enquiry records and share regular MIS reports.
- Work on Saturdays and Sundays (compensatory off during weekdays).

Should have hands-on experience counselling MBA aspirant students. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of documentation and filing related to academics. Should be tech-savvy and comfortable with tele-calling students.
