- Good troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge of Schenck weighing systems- Kiln Feed, Weigh Feeders, SFF/SFM, Coriolis feeders, Bin weighing and Weigh Bridges, Trans weigh weigh feeder. Calibration of weighing systems. Working knowledge on Weima Schrader and ATS/Walter AFR Feeding.
- Good troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge of ABB Drives-ACS800/ACS880. Profibus Communication & Adaptive programming of ACS800 drives
- Good Programming knowledge on Siemens PLC-S71500/1200/300, SIMATIC, TIA and ABB DCS800XA. Knowledge desired on Profibus DP/PA, Profibus networking, Profinet, Ethernet, Modbus, Rs232, Rs485,
- Good troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge in Hydraulic systems of -IKN Cooler, KHD Kiln Thruster, Pfeiffer Coal Mill, and KHD Roller Press. Able to read Hydraulic drawings, symbols
- Good Troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge on Gas Analysers, Gama Level detectors, Kiln Shell scanner, Kiln BZ CCTV, Temperature/Pressure and Flow Transmitters, Kiln LRM, field instrumentation such as temperature, flow, pressure, vibration, displacement, Level, Motion sensor etc.
- Good Troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge of Metal Detector-Wagner/Thermofisher, Magnetic separator, Actuators.
- Capex jobs planning and completion as per targets
- Basic Understanding of Electrical systems i.e. Motors, Feeders, SIMOCODE, LOTO system, and Electrical safety standard
- Good Communication Skills and should be a good team player, Intra & inter department co-ordination.
- Implement ISO, WCM and safety standard systems.
- Updating of panel drawings, ISO documents, PM checks, PR making

No work life balance. Engineers have more load. One engineer can handle somany equipments.
