Job Description
1. Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct in-depth research on hardware stores, dealers, distributors, and regional market trends.
- Assist in surveying competitor pricing, product portfolios, and promotion tactics.
- Prepare concise, data-driven market intelligence reports for strategic insights.
2. Government Tenders & Specification Management
- Regularly monitor government procurement platforms (e.g., Central/State e‑procurement sites) for open bids.
- Analyze tender documents and extract relevant technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare preliminary specifications, cost estimates, and bid documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders.
3. Stakeholder Engagement Support
- Collaborate with Government contractors, builders, architects, and public officialsscheduling site visits, calls, or meetings.
- Assist in proposal preparation tailored to client needs and technical architecture standards.
