Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will lead a team responsible for on boarding corporates , ensuring successful activation, transaction enablement, and relationship management to drive sustained business growth.

- Will oversee a team managing a portfolio of corporates, ensuring maximum throughput and optimal utilization of the platform across all accounts.

- Accountable for the P&L of the corporate portfolio, the role demands active leadership in monitoring profitability parameters, pricing optimization, and revenue contribution at both the relationship and portfolio levels.

- Responsible for driving team performance towards increasing throughput, outstanding, revenue, yields, and other business KPIs within the assigned geography, across all products.

- Will guide the team in expanding the partner/distribution network and tapping into underpenetrated segments, companies, or regions to unlock new business opportunities.

- Accountable for team target achievements in line with predefined revenue and volume goals for the region.

- Will drive regular business planning and performance monitoring, ensuring the team forecasts, measures, and reports performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Leadership & Functional Competencies:

- A collaborative leader, capable of managing direct teams, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to collectively drive business success.

- Proven ability to guide team members in building strong CXO/promoter-level relationships, aligning client needs with tailored solutions from our product suite.

- Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to mentor the team in business forecasting, tracking, and reporting for accurate performance management.

- Demonstrates strong partner relationship management, capable of enabling the team to co-develop and implement effective client solutions.

- Deep understanding of the regional partner ecosystem to drive meaningful partner engagement and business conversion across acquisition, renewals, and product adoption.
