Role Overview Description
The ideal candidate is someone with a high degree of passion for UX and comes with a brilliant craft of interface design. Roles & Responsibilities
â Youâll lead the frontend development team and work closely with the product, design and cross org technology teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products on the consumer-facing site.
â Youâre expected to mentor and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
â Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements.
â Build workflows to streamline the business operations, and work on providing the best user experience and constantly improving the same.
â Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices and apply them to the team's work.
â Ensure the team delivers high-quality code that is maintainable and scale to millions of users per day.
â Drive a code review culture and contribute to the development of frontend architecture and design, and help to identify and resolve performance issues.
â Drive performance optimizations in your product with your team.
â Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-up meetings.
Experience Required
â Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
â 8+ years of experience in frontend development.
â 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
â Strong experience with javascript, android or iOS and React Native.
â Experience with performance optimization and debugging.
â Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
â Experience working in an Agile development environment.
â Excellent communication and leadership skills.
â Experience with Git, Jira, and other development tools.
