Roles & Responsibilities
● You’ll lead the frontend development team and work closely with the product, design and cross org technology teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products on the consumer-facing site.
● You’re expected to mentor and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements.
● Build workflows to streamline the business operations, and work on providing the best user experience and constantly improving the same.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices and apply them to the team's work.
● Ensure the team delivers high-quality code that is maintainable and scale to millions of users per day.
● Drive a code review culture and contribute to the development of frontend architecture and design, and help to identify and resolve performance issues.
● Drive performance optimizations in your product with your team.
● Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-up meetings.

Experience Required
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
● 8+ years of experience in frontend development.
● 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
● Strong experience with javascript, android or iOS and React Native.
● Experience with performance optimization and debugging.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Experience working in an Agile development environment.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Experience with Git, Jira, and other development tools.
