Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnering:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and act as a strategic partner to department heads for workforce planning and talent alignment.

Manpower Planning & Modelling:

- Analyze current and future manpower needs and develop scalable workforce models aligned with business objectives.

Talent Retention Strategies:

- Design and implement employee retention initiatives and engagement strategies to reduce attrition and improve satisfaction.

HR Road Mapping & Policy Implementation:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Skill Development & Training Programs:

- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to upskill employees and enhance overall capability.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals and employee expectations.
