V F M Systems And Services - Senior Service Delivery Manager (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Service Delivery Leader Cloud.

Location : Bengaluru.

Experience : 8 years.

Client : UD Trucks.

- Monitor cost control, growth actual service levels and control the targeted service levels with the supplier on cloud been Evangelist on anchoring benefits of cloud, manage cloud hosting and applications efficiently like Azure AWS etc.

- Manage corrective actions with the supplier.

- Envision and participate in runtime process interactions with the supplier: (Eg: releases and deployments, change management, escalation of incidents and problems around public cloud operation).

At a commercial level be responsible for:

- Service delivered by the supplier, which includes Planning budgeting and follow-up, Blocking any wrong or unwarranted invoicing and Complying with UD budgets and purchase orders and budget cycles.

- The SDM should own the responsibility towards quality service delivery around Cloud infra hosting(including hybrid cloud and public cloud, for all technical platforms used by the UD Business and growth), Data and information (including platforms for integration services, for business intelligence Business intelligence), HPC, SAPHana.

- You will be responsible for driving the change and consumption of cloud infra services within UD with help of suppliers.

- Must have full-fledged experience in implementing end-to-end migration of on-prem to cloud and DR execution etc.

- Must have Finops experience to drive and control cloud cost GENAI and other associated cloud technology will be added advantages.

- Should be well-versed of all cloud technologies, servers, computation etc.

- Responsible for the service development projects in your service portfolio including budgets and steering of project and run time activities.

- Responsible for New service development, architecture and innovation around Cloud, GEN AI and have ownership and innovation mindset.

- Lead Cloud IT infrastructure services innovation within own portfolio scope.

- He should steer PAAS,IAAS SAAS cloud infrastructure & operation for UD infra/ Extensive hands on experience on complete project life cycle from RFP/RFI to Steady State delivery and their operation to the cloud.

What you will do?

- Manage the services delivered hosted on Public cloud.

- Work closely with the teams implementing the program, providing service input but also and coaching them to move to Agile practices.

- Define new operating models and processes.

- Identify and then implement the necessary structures, roles & responsibilities required within the teams.

- Define the cloud centric measures and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of the services delivered to our customers.

- Help develop a culture of embracing new technologies and ways of working in the teams.

- Develop cloud service definitions that enables both the delivery demand and the service provider to know what they can and cannot expect from a service.

- Take ownership of Service Level Agreements between a cloud service provider and the customers.

- Take ownership of and deliver Operational Level Agreements (OLA) with departments internal to the service provider.

- Work with the partners to understand the changing market and to reflect this understanding in the products and strategies delivered.

Work with stakeholders across the company to ensure that:

- Cloud services are developed in line with our strategy.

- Procure/order and manage contracts required to provide cloud.

- Financial, contractual, and commercial management of services.

Follow-up on volumes and total costs for services consumed by UD:

- Approve volumes invoiced by supplier and ensure corrections when needed.

- Define forecast of futures volumes and costs and give supplier input to Capacity Management.

- Make proposal to change or add Resource Units for own area, if needed, in collaboration with the Delivery.

- Participate in negotiations with supplier about new/modified services and related terms and conditions.

- Prepare product budget and follow-up actuals.

- For onetime requests (above certain level and complexity) validate that they comply with the contract.
