What You'll Do:

- Troubleshoot & Repair

- Quickly diagnose issues in production machinery and keep things moving.

- Preventive Maintenance

- Design and enforce PM schedules to prevent breakdowns before they happen.

- Team Leadership

- Lead, train, and support a crew of skilled maintenance technicians.

- Inventory & Documentation

- Track repair parts, tools, and maintenance logs like a pro.

- Cross-Team Collaboration

- Partner with production and engineering teams to maximize machine efficiency.
