Job Description
- Conduct dimensional inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Execute Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques including Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), or Radiographic Testing (RT) as required.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, GAD s, ASME, PED standards, and fabrication specifications.
- Document inspection reports, noting deviations, NCRs, and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with fabrication and welding teams to address dimensional or NDT-related quality concerns during in-process and final inspections.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support quality audits and compliance requirements (ISO, ASME, etc.).
- BE (Mech) / Diploma(Mech)
