Job Description
- Plan, design, and execute test cases for Oracle middleware components including SOA, OSB, and BPEL processes.
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing for middleware services.
- Monitor and support middleware infrastructure (SOA Suite, WebLogic, OSB), ensuring system uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues across application, middleware, and database layers, providing RCA and resolution.
- Work closely with integration teams to validate data flows between upstream and downstream systems.
- Support production deployments and post-release validations.
- Automate repetitive validation steps where feasible using scripts or automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and business users.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic) testing and support.
- Strong understanding of middleware architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and root cause analysis.
- Good command over XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and middleware message tracing.
- Experience in monitoring and supporting high-availability middleware systems.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, log analysis, and shell scripting for troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of automation tools or scripting to improve QA and support workflows.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Fusion Middleware.
- Experience in ITIL-based support environments or using ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of performance tuning of middleware components.
