Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual testing to identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and issues.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Conduct regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Report and track defects using appropriate tools and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and processes.
- Perform Mobile(iOS/Android) testing
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- E-commerce and Retail Experience: Proven experience in testing Loyalty / Rewards / Payback points functionality testing. Good to have Experience of e-commerce applications, retail systems, and marketplaces.
- Experience: experience in manual testing, with a focus on e-commerce and retail applications.
- Manual Testing: Strong expertise in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- Test Planning and Execution: Ability to develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Defect Tracking: Proficiency in using defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Regression Testing: Ability to perform thorough regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality
- API Testing: Good to have Knowledge of API testing tools and techniques to validate backend services.
