Student Counsellor

Position Overview: As a Customer Success Executive at Yes Germany, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to students seeking educational opportunities abroad. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including addressing student inquiries, providing information on programs, resolving issues, and contributing to overall student satisfaction. You will work closely with the Customer Service team, collaborating with Team Leads, Managers, and Higher Management to achieve performance goals and deliver a positive student experience .

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Inspire: Proactively reach out to potential students with the enthusiasm and knowledge to turn their curiosity into a commitment to study in Germany.
• Tailor-Made Guidance: Offer personalized counseling sessions, laying out the roadmap to academic and career success in Germany.
• Document Mastery: Assist students in assembling their application portfolios, ensuring every document showcases their strengths and aligns with German university standards.
• Empower with Knowledge: Lead dynamic information sessions that not only enlighten but excite students about the opportunities awaiting in Germany.
• Application Wizardry: Guide each student through the application maze, ensuring a flawless submission process.
• Continuous Connection: Be the steady hand and reassuring voice throughout their application journey, keeping students engaged and informed.
• Performance Analytics: Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track engagements and outcomes, constantly refining our approach to maximize success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Sales Experience of minimum 1 Year.
• Previous experience in student counselling, admissions, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the education system is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to prospective students.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on study programs and admission requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
