YES Germany is a leading education consultancy specializing in guiding students through the process of studying in Germany. We provide comprehensive support, from course selection to visa application, to ensure a seamless experience for students aiming for international education.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire admission process for students applying to German universities. The role involves guiding the Admission Team, ensuring all documentation is in order, and maintaining smooth communication between students and universities. You will be a key player in streamlining the admission process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and providing excellent service to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the admission team in processing student applications.
• Ensure all applications meet the required standards and documentation is complete.
• Ensure accurate and thorough verification of student documents, including educational transcripts, identity proofs, financial statements, and other required materials.
• Provide ongoing support to students throughout the application process, from initial inquiry to final admission.
• Offer guidance on eligibility, course selection, and document preparation.
• Lead, train, and mentor the admission team to ensure high-quality performance.
• Foster a collaborative working environment within the team.
• Implement quality checks to maintain accuracy in documentation and admission procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions and application statuses.
• Generate and present reports to senior management regarding admission statistics, team performance, and process improvements
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions for smoother admissions operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
