Altum Credo Home Finance follows a transparent & fair workplace, and the work culture maintained is in accordance with these ethics. We maintain a culture of respect – for customers, employees, and stakeholders. Further, to ensure this work culture, an appropriate monitoring mechanism is also put in place and the Human Resources function ensures adherence to the stated work culture. Neither HR nor any relevant supervisors received any complaint of this nature from any employees. HR could have appropriately addressed such claims had the same would have been raised with HR or appropriate authority. The claim is highly inappropriate, malicious, and not tenable.
