The place is falling apart. Middle & top management completely turns a blind eye to important issues like workplace being understaffed. Definition of "good performer" is someone who doesn't have a life, works round the clock, neglects health and personal life. On top of that, compensation isn't all that competitive either. Managers take out their personal grudges on you during appraisals, and notice period- which is frustrating.
