Management very pathetic and useless. as i was working more than 3 years but management skills was very poor and partial towards employees.

The food in canteen is good. The team mates are helpful and friendly in nature. The management of company is good as well as they conduct regular events and give rewards and gifts to employees.

Dislikes

I feel that hikes, promotion and appreciation are not being granted fairly to everyone as per their work. Also, I have noticed the manager's favourite gets the promotion or appreciation more compared to rest of employees.
