I straight up joined Insight Alpha after completing my college and work with them for around 2 years. I am listing down the things I liked about my time at Insight Alpha: - If you complete your basic KRAs, you are provided ample amount of opportunities which could be like training new joinees, helping others with the projects, etc. which helps in enhancing soft skills. - If you complete your targets, you also become eligible for a fast-track promotion. - Work timings are decent, a typical day starts at 9:30 AM and end by 7 PM leaving you enough time to pursue personal goals. - The company is also very supportive in terms of supporting for personal goals pursuit. Provides with study leaves and accommodates special request with an appropriate advance request/notice....Read More

Dislikes

We were supposed to work on one weekend in every two months. However, that was flexible. We were supposed to take out anytime during the two days while being at home.

Its a BIG NO to anyone who is considering this company. The management is horrible and managers will destroy your mental health. You will be stuck. Rather stay unemployed than to join this company. If you value your mental health just RUN.
