1. No Salary hike even after promotion. 2. No yearly hike 3. There is no job security now they have forced many employee to put the resignation. 4. They don't have much projects. their business are totally depends on one client names as citi and citi already started releasing many employee without giving prior intimation. 5. Higher management are not supportive and cooperative.

1. Nothing: I used to like their employee centric policies which no longer exist.

Dislikes

1. There are sudden and frequent policy changes which are not employee centric. 2. I got only 3-4% hike after a 4 star rating and promotion. This hike was on top of the situation that there were no hikes in the organization for last 3 years. I was hired at 18 LPA in 2021 with 5.5 years of experience and resigning with at 19 LPA after 4 years. 3. There is no visibility/involvement of iris leadership once you have allocated to a project.
