3rd class Bank with 4th class management.
Worst worklife. It is 5 days week is only on paper but actually it is 7 days week. Management is not bother about line team’s work life. Work culture and process is also designed in such way that one should not maintain work life balance. Employees are bound to work in holidays for such work culture, process and unorganised work flow. Every holiday is working day. Management’s expectation is that employees should work 24X7. They made employees working even on May day. They are also not bothered about any statutory regulations of India when it comes to over load an employee / squeeze out an employee. Statutory regulations comes to place only to punish / terminate any employee. As per present HC the only eligible employee who need promotions and increment is himself. There is not any specific guidline of promotion. Promotions re subject to HC’s wish. LMH can be M4 and above but LCM can not be even M4 (atleast in TFE)- HC rule. New leadership requires someone who can understand / know the ground reality. Office environment is not good at all. Junior employee / LPU are using slang language openly in office. If any one told them not to use slang language in office they are giving seniors example and reply if seniors are used slang language then why not us? Zero employee benefits. No compoff against holiday work. No mandatory annual leave policy. Employee mediclaim policy is neither good nor at par with industry level. No clear guideline / time frame on employee promotions. Overall employee profile is low compared to other financer’s job profile. Impractical productivity matrix. Staffs needs to do a lot of work but only a few items are considered in productivity. There are lots of non value added items which needs to be done on a regular basis mandatorily by credit manpower. Staffs are overburdened and sit in the same employee grade year over year. New credit leadership required, someone who can understand / know the ground reality. Those who are determining the productivity parameters by doing only verbal discussion and verbal calculations, should be put in such productivity for atleast 3 months and they needs to be achieved 100% productivity by adhering 100% compliance. In such way they can show the path of success to the line team. Department is headed by HOD but controlled by the sales department. Overall profile is low than the other finnacers / banks. Big Bosses of sales are doing meeting with all other verticals just to humiliate the other vertical staffs, who is doing his duty honestly. It is an open secret. Such as a credit guy or rcu guy who is screening / assessing files minutely may be targetted to attend such meetings. Sales can do anything, can speak anything to any other verticals staff. They have the supreme power. Most unprofessional and unorganised business team accross industry. There is no control on ground level sales staffs. One file might be reapproved for 3 or 4 times due to RM’s fault and no one is worried. And all these are happening during month end when work load is extream. Most of the CH are not bothered about such incident. SMH is appointed only to increase business and do escalation against other departments. As per the present Credit Head Mr. Shah, he is the only one person who deserve promotion and increment and other line team members are only to get the minimum to minimum increment. THEARE ARE worst experience in my life with SM(PRASANTA ROY) ASM(ABHISHEK BHATTACHARYA) ZSM( KASHI NATH GUPTA) Humiliation daily basis. Punishment like going office on every day 6 AM on morning and Sunday also. And if you disagree anything about SM ASM OR ZSM you will kick you out of the company and crosponding you. You don't have to talk about Weekly off. If you tell may be you kick out you.
