Worst company management i have seen in my last 13 years of experience.. Manager will give you more pressure and torture if they are planned to remove you and they will force for resignation by giving work load and unrespectful in front of everyone by tagging your name in what's app group. They want to be available 24/7 in what's app and calls if you are not active and not messaging and replying in whats app then you are non performing resource. Kyndryl management likes only if employee talks more in the what's app groups which will have more than 15 plus groups and which doesn't make any sense what they are talking about and no useful at all what ever discussion going on whats app groups...but if you work hard/Smart with full dedication management don't see that and will publish you as non performing and no visibility etc etc.. Management will not approve leaves even if we are in emergency and if you are any planned leave they will cancel your leaves....management will ask you to work even your weekends and also if you are in sick leaves.. The entire kyndryl management is toxic people and toxic work place.. Think 100 times before joining this company....Read More

Forget about promotion no matter how much hardwork you do. There is no proper guidelines on band promotion or hikes or salary standardization. Your manager is your only POC
