The Larsen & Toubro Finance Ltd.is the one of the best company for doing salary payment on time at 24th of every month and if as on date 24th is if bank holiday the company doing salary payment 22nd not after the 24th but before it is very good thing .I am also thankful for the company doing my help to withdrawal my EPF in COVID -19 lock-down in immediate effect .

The Larsen & Toubro Finance Ltd. company one thing i am dislike which is that the company won port folio of collections department NPA accounts,Write Off accounts,Loss on sale accounts of any verticals is sold out to another company and which employee is doing work on same port folio taking resignation from him in intimidate effect.Giving very short notice period and re leave to him on same day.It is very bad thing for employee without think about his future and career etc.I am also loss my job in Feb 2020 due to this decision of company port folio sold out and till date i have living without job,work due to COVID -19 lock down ....Read More

In Larsen & Tuobro Finance Ltd. i was working as Agency Manager with grade FL-2.My working time is check in office at 09.15 and check out on 06;00 pm at every Monday to Friday .My seating branch was Parbhani in Maharashtra.I am handling collection pool .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
