They suck our blood and sweat and still saying not enough. Just don't come here as a user. The management side people only are safe. Users are like slave for them. No job assurity. The company is filled with toxic. There is no work life balance at all. They expect to stay in the office forever as if there is no personal lives for us. Favourism at its top tire. No recognition at all. They expect you to work at Saturday and Sunday also but would pay you the OT amount at all. Will scam you saying you will get in the next month so work weekends this month. No incentives, no bonus, no medical insurance, no job security at all. One day all of a sudden will be terminated without even providing proper explanation.
