NOTHING TO LIKE HERE, Once you join you will always think when should I leave this organisation.

Dislikes

Lots of politics, no one on one there is group of seniors who will do strategies to remove you from the organisation. Rules are different for seniors they can come late. they can use mobile in office . They can do gossip.they can harash you. They will seat near printer but will ask you to take printouts.because they think that they are the one who are running this organisation. work is repetitive so they are insecure so they will do strategies and blame you for small error, they will shout unnecessarily to show of so that everyone would come to know their importance .they are also reporting Ambition team to remove our experience which we are sharing with you guys. so that you guys should get trap. dont join here as face fresh or experience they will use you nd throw you. for their survival. Nd for salary you have to wait till 7th - 12th of every next month. No night allowance nothing. First company i saw with 80 % of attration rate nd remaining 20 % are team leader and senior nd Manager's who are there for survival. Bakwas people they are still operating business like 1960's nd 70. GROW UP. ( they will treat you like above nd than they will answer to U.S. team for their security that we don't have people in our organisation ) Hence here you will find every time openings....Read More

Only 6 paid leave during the year. Specially account receivable manager is worst. Which operates from us. No team leader or manager in Indian office. In account receivable team. Sr. are not supportive. No job security. They can fired you at any time with in 3 months only. Even they not providing proper training.
