What do you like about the company will depend on the department you are in and who is your RM/HOD. Usually the work culture is good, people are friendly, office timings are great. You can visit to top level people if you have any concern (even the MD/CMD).

Dislikes

As I said it depends on the department you're working. My Dept has following issues: 1. No scheduled timing (we enter at 9:30 and have left office even at 3 am) 2. There is no proper work assignment (can give you any task which is not even related to your profile) 3. No appreciation to your hard work. 4. None of your peers and evenyour seniors want to take any responsibility. As I mentioned in likes section they are friendly but not supportive when it comes to work related things 5. You expect better promotion and increment after giving your 120% and you'll not get it. But the issue is that someone will get it who might not even have worked half as compared to you. 6. It's and Limited company but runs like a sole proprietorship. (If you know, you know) 7. Everyone is Patidar (although Patidars are great people they will never make you feel outsider) but sometimes you'll feel like they get better opportunities....Read More
