Just bring a incident in everyone's knowledge: I joined Arsh Industrial Solutions as plant head on 25 nov 2024 and they released my offer letter on 2 dec 2025 and ensure by MD Mr. Ravi Sharma Ji that we would pay you 7 days salary in cash in coming months after mid of-febthey pressured me by unwanted question about why plant not setup; its your fault why as plant head why you donot sound of pcb manufacturing , so due to it i resign from post and next day they accepted my resignation with counter offer that if you run this project in march month we pay you double salary but i denied for it because its not possible due to tool and die under validation and they comes in april months inhands , so he put a mail to me that your salry hold due to non performer , if i am non performer then why they pay me dec and jan salary , a;reday they call some other person as my replacement , lots of mail against their elgination and response over it , finally now a day i file a case in court for my salary and mental harrasment from md sir, hr ravinder, rubal,anupam,raju and akash they are major player for politics , i already put mail to Mr Dinesh patidar ji md of shakti pump to lookafter this matter but no response , i never recommended anyone to move for this group...Read More
