Unbelievably ugly workplace politics. Be ready to lose job irrespective of how good a performer you are. If you l*ck your bosses well, you'll get secret pay hikes and can spend the entire day warming your seat and opening and closing an excel sheet, doing nothing. Even then, you are not secured. Salary is 6 months due on an average.There are people with more than 12 months pending. NO increment. Promotions are around 2/3/4 years due. No medical insurance. People are still staying here because of family or other issues, or they could not manage another job yet. Top management is divided and fighting. It's Marwari gaddi culture at its worst. At every level, there's groupism and each group treats others as rivals and wants to snatch their job at any cost. Join this place only if you have no other option.
