Day to Day Office

I'm newly married, and after the wedding, I went on a vacation with my husband. He works at a very well-known company, as a specialist. Unfortunately, during most of our vacation, he was working on his laptop. I even overheard a conversation with his manager, who spoke to him very rudely even though he was on holiday leave. She expected him to work and her behavior was completely inappropriate.

Every time we go for a bike ride or spend time together, all he talks about is his toxic work culture, his boss, the constant workload, and how little he’s paid. By nature, he’s a soft-hearted, gentle guy, and I can clearly see that his manager is taking advantage of that.

He feels trapped in the job because he doesn’t think I’ll be able to support him financially on my own.

Please help me understand how to deal with this situation. I really want to help him.🙏

My Husband’s Job Is Breaking Him🥲

I'm a big introvert, so being around people for too long makes me super tired. All I want to do is read or watch something when I'm not working. I always thought being a computer person would be more of a me and my screens in a dark room kind of thing, you know? That's partly why I even studied this stuff!

Honestly, sometimes I just want to eat my sandwich in peace. My mom always told us not to talk while eating, like you might choke. Makes sense to me! So why's lunchtime this big talk fest?

And get this , I'm trying to eat healthier, smaller portions and stuff, right? And this one older guy at work always has something to say about my food. like, can't he just leave me alone to eat my little bit of lunch? I just wanna do my job and get my paycheck. I don't really care about chatting about politics or what everyone did on my food break.

My current CTC in Accenture is 9 LPA(7.68 fixed + Variable) for 5.10 years of experience as a SAP ABAP developer. Now I got offer from 3 top Consulting firms.

1. Company - EY GDS
    First offer - 12.20 LPA Fixed
    Revised offer - 16.80 LPA fixed
    Location - Noida

2. Company  - KPMG 
     Offer - 15 LPA ( 12.75 fixed + Variable)
      Location - Gurgaon 

3. Company  - IBM
     Offer - 18 LPA ( 16.20 fixed + Variable)
     Location - Gurgaon 

In which company I should go? And what should be the expected CTC for 5.10 years of experience ABAP Consultant. I have not asked IBM and KPMG for counter offer yet what ctc should I ask ??

Hi,

I am a Data Engg with 3 yoe.
C CTC - 10.8 + 1.2 VAR + 2 retention 

I have received a LETTER OF INTENT from a company with
CTC - 15 + 1lpa VAR.

Now, the other HR wants me to resign from the company and share the last working date and wants me to negotiate my notice period (from 60D to 30-40D). Only then they will be able to share the actual offer letter. They are ready to buy out my notice period if my company allows. 

The hardest thing is that I will need to pay back 2 lakh retention bonus to my current company if I resign and the new company will not be able to help in this situation
