...lots of time shift officers are working in 12hr duty due to unexpected reasons. Even after 12hr duty poor salary increment compared to quality and technical department. If any production officer in A shift, most of the time he stop till 6.00pm. Bad HR policies, if want to contact via call with HR team they could not attend the call of anyone except saved contact numbers. I think its a bad culture for production team. Always production team working hard whenever in visit also, benefits in salary not for production. No android mobile phones allowed in company. Its allowed for only special peoples or for above assistant manager only, if we have any urgent work then we can't do anything without android mobile. Those people using Android mobiles till Dy Manager their camera had been removed of android phones.

...vide 100 percent hike while paying the employee who work here as a fresher less. But being a fresher you will be loaded with too much work as the year goes and but the salary will be low. Leave policies are great.

Dislikes

...romoted. Work is too much but make sure you are being treated and paid the same. Even If we get a good offer from other company, they wont allow us to join there quick and also wont give the same salary to retain us.

It's a good company and work-life balance is good here. As this this my first company so it will be wrong if I tell too much about. But As per my experience it's a very good company.

Variable pay they are not giving as per the joining latter.

They pay well as compared to competition for freshers. Hikes are better . But lately cognizant also choosing the path of other MNC

Yearly hikes . Concentrated work . You'll working in one tool that's it no growth

Salary and benefits are good. Its a age old company and the have many clients so you will get chance to work on various latest technologies

Work life balance is awful Getting promotion is very very tough
