The Salary is best as compared to other Private Banks It being the Old Private bank, comes under the IBA, therefore the higher Salary

Pathetic Work Culture 2 years of Probation and Since FY 2026 they have started removing the Officers or forcing them to resign No Work Life Balance Leaves are not given when required

1. Toxic boss culture 2. Target driven 3. Skill development is close to Nil in sales job 4. Work from office- sign in before 9:15 am everyday

Good Working culture and work life balance.

Dislikes

1. Promotion. 2. Perks for employees are not available like diwali bonus (ap hi ki salary se month deduction krke diwali par use bonus k naam par de dete he.), no diwali gift, no production bonus etc. 3. HR policies should be more employees friendly.

Support from the seniors and actually there is a team environment in particularly rajkot and entire saurashtra region. And here sky is the limit.

Dislikes

Salary part should be improving because hiring budge is higher than retention budget. While new hiring with higher CTC will cost higher on the bank's overall book. Because training cost, the employees will be out for 3 months from the productivity.

Working life balance is good and working pressure is nominal.

Dislikes

...good and working rules no onelearn you. Only pressure create without any reason. Yearly salary hike and bonus is not good, it's pathetic.
