...re negligible. Performance is not rewarded so doesn't matter if you work or not. They converted a portion of salary promised to be paid at 100% payouts to variable which is unscrupulous and fraudulent to say the least.

If you are working on project then you are allowed to work in hybrid model.

Dislikes

...me to office every day. There is no clear communication about skill development. If you resign then they hold your salary of the current month. If you travel onsite and come back then you can't resign for 6 months from the date of return. If you resign early then you need to pay Rs 3 lacs to company.

1. Hybrid Work Culture 2. High salary in the WITCH Companies 3. Better Consultanting Roles if your okay with 9-9 timings 4. You can work any where in india infosys office if your project is acceptable 5. Job security is stable.

Dislikes

1. Deadline 2. Poor leadership and Managers 3. No proper learning tool (Lex is useless tool) it should have access for udemy, better platforms 4. Non aligned skillset. Ex:- if your role is Java developer but they have projects related data engineer you need to take up.

Flexibility, allows for Anchor location and can ask the authority to work from location close to home. Enough support by the manager and the team to learn and grow.

Dislikes

... mandate and sitting in office for 7 hours even if you have completed your work. Needs to improve salary and hike as well.

It's a nice company. Challenging work. Large client base. Salary is also on higher side. Not sure about others, but my management was very much cooperative and helpfull. My partner was such a nice man he was fighting for our whole team to save us. I was really lucky to have one such partner

Dislikes

Only one thing I was not liking that is work from home.
