They delay appraisal letters every year... but do pay arrears.

...nd expectations from the client. HR department is good because of HR Leadership. Salary depends on Project. Overall Nous is a decent workplace and tries to keep employees happy. Lots of internal training and initiatives.

No particular dislikes but resources can get occupied with project work and may not find time for self learning or attending internal trainings.

Overall a good company. The culture is really great and salary always comes on time. Job security is also good.

Appraisals are hard to get and not much to be honest. Skill development is also not possible as you are working on the same position for most part of your tenure.

Cognizant offers good salary as per industry standards and you get good chance to work on latest technologies. Skill development and up-skill programs are good. You have 3 days work from office policy no pressure on maintaining minimum office hours. Good work life balance depends on role and project for me it’s manageable.

more ijp opportunities should be given. more on-site opportunities should be given. employee benefits should improve. Medical insurance amount should be increased with no copay option to support employees. 10 hour working hour policy should be removed.
