Likes

The company is very good in innovation and adopting advanced technologies. But it may result in recession. I love to work with my team which has global client base. I got an opportunity to travel to Egypt on a short term assignment, though I joined as a fresher. I like the work environment at office.

Dislikes

According to me, growth in the organization is very slow. Sometimes work pressure will be at its peak as I have to work for more than 18 hours. Here we have a very good training for freshers. Senior employees also get a chance to attend various training's conducted by company. Coming to compensation part, it very difficult (Poor) to explain.
