Work culture is good. Policies are employee centric with Family, Mental Health and Queer acceptance given importance. Variable pay is paid, so that is good.

Dislikes

Salary increments and promotions are slow. Negotiable good starting package as one might not get any increment for 2-3 years. MNC culture some colleagues are snobbish and boorish. Look down upon simple people. The more superficial fancy you are, the more acceptance you would get. I am down to earth, so this doesn't work for me. However, this is the case with Corporate culture and High Income people, they expect you to maintain their standard so that their reputation is not affected by your actions....Read More

They prefer hiring females for leadership roles as well . There is good health care coverage . A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .
